For those seeking flexibility beyond our curated packages, we offer non-package fully hosted pricing, where your bar service is charged at the price point of each drink served. This means you're only billed for what your guests actually consume, rather than a flat per-person fee. We still provide our complete fully hosted service – including all alcohol, professional bartenders, setup, and permitting – but the final invoice is determined by a tally of each individual beer, wine, or cocktail served at its agreed-upon price. This option can be ideal for events where you anticipate highly variable or lower per-guest consumption, allowing for precise cost control based on actual usage.

A semi-hosted bar (also sometimes called a "limited bar" or "hybrid bar") at an event is a flexible option where the host covers a portion of the drink costs, and guests are responsible for the remainder. It's a popular choice for managing budget while still offering hospitality.

Here are common ways a semi-hosted bar can be structured:

1. Timed Host Bar: The host covers all drinks for a specific period (e.g., the first two hours of the event), after which it transitions to a cash bar where guests pay for their own drinks.

2. Tiered Drink Options: The host provides complimentary beer and wine, but guests pay for spirits or premium cocktails.

3. Drink Ticket System: Each guest receives a set number of complimentary drink tickets (e.g., two tickets per person), and any additional drinks beyond that must be purchased by the guest.

4. Dollar Limit: The host sets a total dollar amount they are willing to spend on the bar. Once that limit is reached, the bar converts to a cash bar for the remainder of the event.

Essentially, a semi-hosted bar allows the host to extend a gesture of generosity without fully bearing the cost of unlimited drinks, giving them more control over their budget while still enhancing the guest experience.

A No Host Cash Bar means your guests purchase their own drinks directly. We require a $300 minimum in sales for this service. If guest purchases do not meet this minimum, the client is responsible for covering the cost difference.

The standard bar setup fee of $350 includes everything needed for service: all equipment, professional bartenders, necessary licensing and permitting, and comprehensive liability insurance. For optimal guest flow and minimal wait times at events with 150 to 200 guests or more, we recommend adding a second bar setup, available for an additional $150 per extra bar.

We staff all events carefully, considering both the demands of the gathering's size and the number of bars operating. As a general guideline, we recommend one professional bartender per 100 guests to ensure efficient service. Additional bartenders can and will be added to your event as needed, at a rate of $25 per hour, to maintain optimal flow and guest satisfaction.

A 20% gratuity is automatically applied to the total bar invoice for our staff.

While all our events include convenient clear plastic ware, we offer the option to upgrade. If you'd like to elevate your event's aesthetic, we can source and order premium glassware for a more sophisticated touch (additional fees will apply).
